He made us very comfortable with his knowledge and answered all our questions, provided us detailing about my chosen vehicle and I had an excellent experience on the test drive, we negotiated the purchase price of the new truck with no pressure. I didn't know the store offered a Warranty Forever, and we loved the fact that we bought a truck that have such warranty without increasing the price of the vehicle. I recommend it and my next vehicle purchase will be from this dealership, for sure. It definitely worth the drive from Orlando.

Buying a car can be a stressful experience for many including myself. Especially when the purchase is being made out of state, it feels even more daunting. But my purchase experience at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet ended up being a good one. Thomas was my sales rep and he was a straight shooter and friendly which helped. Initially I did have some issues with registration but Joy Carver really came through and helped hammer through the issues for me. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience and was sold a good car. Thank y'all.

An oil change for my vehicle was completed on March 3, 2025. Charlie welcomed me to the drive-in service area and service advisor Bobby Sternberg arranged the oil change. She also does a great job of interacting with the person/technician working on my vehicle. NOT HAPPY AT ALL...They lied and said they completed tire rotation and it was never done...3 different people said it was completed and it was not...When they checked the cameras,it was never done.Who knows if the oil change gets done when i take it in.

i was sold items i didn't ask for, didn't get any paperwork to see what the final finance was until, i had to go back, when i seen the amount gmac was charging me, went back Brian remove all but three, because they had treated the truck with some coating, that i didn't know they was doing, I'm suppose to get a refund check approximately 4100.00, its been a month and still haven't received i called gmac, they said i need to contact the dealership, but all i get is voicemail, next step is contact bbb, and a lawyer, and the news

Warranty declined to fix my transmission on my truck , only because I didn't get oil changes done thru their location. Which was never!! told to me when I purchased this. I had documents that oil was done thru the 8 Mos I've had the problem truck.
