If you’re in the market to buy a truck, stay away from this dealership. I’ve bought 2 trucks from here and had major problems with both. At one point I thought I bought an equinox because that was my loaner for the 2 months they had it. I’ve called the service manager and no response. So much for being a loyal customer.. you would think they would take care of you right? Not here.

We have had our 2 vehicles in for service on different occasions. 3 times things needed attention right away. When calling the service department we were connected to Christine. I have to say in all my years owning vehicles and dealing with other service departments I was overly impressed with Christine. She gave us appointments for either that day or the next morning. She would message with updates and estimated completion. This company should be very proud to have such a dedicated employee. Thank you Christine for such caring.

1 because 0 isn’t an option. Car buying was messy and there was very little communication. But WORSE was after the fact. They do not keep their word. They cause their own problems then make it YOUR problem to deal with. 2 stars because they did most of the work I asked for correctly. Three things they didn't do well, -1 star for each one. First, I waited an hour for the service advisor to get finished with his current client while I watched several other advisors just hanging around that could have gotten me on my way quicker, since I was dropping the car off. I went to the Part Dept. to get some side steps for my truck. They had them in stock(very nice!!) . I wanted to put them on myself and was told to go on side of building and they will put them in the back of your truck. Excellent, my salesman Elijah was very patient and understood my needs. The sale went smooth and not stressful at all.
I took my truck in for the transmission shifting hard on the first shift of the day. They kept It 9 days and only started working on it on day 8. After they did the work they took it for an unnecessary test drive since the engine needed to be cold to feel the hard shift. After I explained this I was told they would keep it another night and try again in the morning. I was happy with that. Took my Equinox in for oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service work. My service advisor Christine was over and above a true and dedicated professional. Very knowledgeable for only being in that position for a couple of years. This girl deserves a raise. She even offered me a free hand car wash which I gladly accepted. Even the car wash guy who bought my vehicle back to the service area was nice. To the owner, you are very fortunate to have these people working under your roof.

STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPT!! If had ZERO star option would have given ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS ! Went in for appt to get simple oil change. Was told 30 minutes to complete, so I waited for completion.. ended up being 2.5 HOURS !! That was problem #1. Issue #2 was far worse.

Christine in the service department is the most compassionate individual you will ever meet. Most service advisors I’ve dealt with in the past treat you like a number on the board. When my vehicle was towed in every other advisor just walked past me. Christine had help me immediately after she finished the work order for another costumer. She kept in communication during the repairs.
Joel Smith and Mike Brown were great at keeping me informed on the status of my Corvette order. Joel Smith came in on his day off to deliver my car. He did a great job going over all the bells and whistles and how to operate everything. Above and beyond.

I was looking for a new truck and as soon I arrived at Boniface store, I was kindly approached by the salesman Taylor. He made us very comfortable and answer all our questions, provided us an excellent experience on the test drive and we negotiated the purchase price of the new truck tranquility. I didn't know the store offered Warranty Forever, and we loved the fact that we bought a truck that the warranty is included, without increasing the price of the vehicle. I recommend it and my next vehicles will be from this store, for sure.

Buying a car can be a stressful experience for many including myself. Especially when the purchase is being made out of state, it feels even more daunting. But my purchase experience at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet ended up being a good one. Thomas was my sales rep and he was a straight shooter and friendly which helped. Initially I did have some issues with registration but Joy Carver really came through and helped hammer through the issues for me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL...They lied and said they completed tire rotation and it was never done...3 different people said it was completed and it was not...When they checked the cameras,it was never done.Who knows if the oil change gets done when i take it in.
